When will I get my order?

We'll dispatch your order as soon as we can - this is often the same business day whenever possible.

To keep you fully informed we'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that the times stated below are based on average delivery times.

On rare occasions, due to factors outside our control, delivery may take slightly longer on our free delivery services. If you haven't received your order within the estimated time please accept our apologies. Contact us and we'll be happy to provide further assistance.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Have you allowed enough time?

We're really sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. We send an email confirmation to you when your order leaves our warehouse. Once you've received this, you should receive your order within the following time:-

  • UK: 1-5 business days
  • Europe: 5 -10  business days
  • Rest of the world: up to 14 business days
I've waited the amount of business days stated above and my order still hasn't arrived
Fortunately, this situation doesn't happen often, but when it does, there are certain checks that can be made to find the missing order. Contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office, even if a card hasn't been left. Nine times out of ten, this is where most missing orders are found.    
Has a helpful neighbour taken it in for you? This happens more than you would think, so ask your closest neighbours. If you have made these two checks and still can't find your order, then please contact us.
Not received order procedure
You must notify us within 28 days of dispatch if you have not received your goods. 

Please contact us within this period of time in order for us to be able to assist and resolve your query.

Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?

Yes you can use a different delivery address. However, to ensure safe delivery, we will need the full address including the postcode.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch the majority of our orders within 24 hours of receiving them.  
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.

Deliveries may take a little longer during busy times such as Christmas and Bank Holidays. We would then ask that you allow two or three extra days for your order to arrive with you.

Unfortunately, any delays caused during these times are beyond our control.

I've received the wrong bulbs

If there has been a packing error and we have sent out a different fitting to the one that you ordered, then please contact us so that we can resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

I have only received part of my order

Although your order will be dispatched on the same day, it may be sent out in separate parcels and therefore may not all arrive with you at the same time.

Please allow the full estimated delivery time stated for your complete order to arrive with you.
